when paying by credit card you expect the highest degree of service, comfort and most of all security! That’s why we at besser gehen have chosen to handle credit card payments through "Postbank Paysolution", the credit card service of the Deutsche Post AG.
In order to finalize your credit card payment you are forwarded to the Postbank Paysolution server. There you find a form with our logo. Completely fill in this form.
Your payment information is then verified. This can take up to 20 seconds. Do not; by any means; interrupt this process. After verification is complete, you will be returned to the server of besser gehen GmbH.
The invoice amount is reserved on your credit card account until your order leaves our premises. Only then is the invoice amount charged to your credit card account. Should partial shipments occur we only charge the respective partial amount.
